Bob Oberstein has been involved in public accounting for more than 40 years and founded RSO Advisors, LLP, which is committed to providing an unparalleled level of personal attention to clients for all their financial needs.  

As the managing partner, Bob is responsible for the firm's tax practice quality control and the personal financial planning department.

Bob is a California C.P.A. with membership in both the California Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of California State University, Northridge where he earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration. Bob has also earned a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and is one of only 350 C.P.A's in California to be designated a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is recognized by the California Department of Insurance as a Life Agent, is also a registered investment advisor and is an avid marathoner.
